Parish History

Blessed Trinity Parish was founded by Fr. James Gloekler. The parishioners of Blessed Trinity began gathering together for Mass at Southside Estates Elementary School on November 9, 1958, and the parish itself was officially established on June 26, 1959. The parish broke ground on a grade school called Trinity Academy in May of 1960, but unfortunately in 1969 the school had to be closed due to lack of funding. In May of 1992 a new Church was constructed, led by the pastor Fr. Denis O'Regan to be a new home for the growing parish. The Parish also boasts a new elementary school established in 1999. Today Blessed Trinity boasts over 1300 families with a rich diversity in culture and a passion for being a community in the service of the Lord.
