Scrip
|
The holidays are coming!!! Scrip is the easy, one-stop shopping way to get all those holiday gift cards done. Don’t run from store to store. There are hundreds of retailers and restaurants from which to choose. You can select if you want your cards mailed to you, picked up at the school, sent home with a student, or picked up at the mass you already attend.
What is Scrip? Scrip is a term that means "substitute money." When you purchase scrip, you are purchasing gift cards that are used just like cash. You get the full face value of the gift card. On the website, you'll see a percentage next to the gift card amount. That is how much the school and student get to split as earnings. The BTCS student/family gets 50% of their earnings towards operational fees for the following school year and the school gets 50%. Parishioners without students can donate 100% of their profits to school or may opt to donate 50% of their earnings toward a particular child/family at school.
The setup process is easy. Take a look at SCRIP-Gift Card Program. All you'll need is the Blessed Trinity Enrollment code: 26B8394C3899 and you'll be well on your way to Christmas shopping. Have your order complete online by Monday 9am and send your check to the school that morning, and you'll have your cards back by Friday. Attached is a flyer explaining more, and info on cards we are keeping on hand for faster purchase.

All you need to do is cut out box tops that are clearly marked on your item and return them to the school or place in the box at the back of the church. The school would really appreciate it!!
